The Grids is used for keeping records of your players evals. You can see college players evals from scouting college games, or pro evals from scouting pro games. To find the Grids. You hover over the Team Admins tab, and then scroll over to Scouting Reports. You can see other teams evals simply by just clicking on the drop down bar where it said Team.
You can not see other teams evals unless you scout them.
To see your other coaches evals simply go to the drop down bar where it said Coach:
You cannot see other coaches evals on other teams. You can only see the coaches on your team.
From there you should see your other coaches evals. You can also see what year you evals your players if you want to see the progress of your players. Just simply click the drop down bar: Year:
